Quality Control

Manufactured using modern technology based equipment, we take immense care in designing of the products so as to ensure that these are completely safe and have zero risk. These are also made to undergo extensive checks during internal and external production.

Some of the inspections being carried out include:

• All welding work performed by experienced welders

• Inspection visits during fabrication stages

• Internal control of correspondence between drawings & final products upon receipt from suppliers

• Internal control of welds with NDT tests

• All materials used come with certificate of quality and origin

• Control of paint specifications with a standard of 380 micron made of 2-component epoxy coating, 2-component polyurethane paint and 2-component acrylic lacquer

• Most of the rides installed and commissioned at our factory prior to delivery so as to ensure their safe operations
